Frost Fire is not your ordinary solid-color rhinestone. The material beneath the stone becomes part of the finished look, allowing Frost Fire to take on different visual characteristics depending on the color of your garment or design.

That means the same Frost Fire rhinestone can look noticeably different when applied to black, white, red, purple or another color—and that's exactly what makes this stone so much fun to work with.

Frost Fire is especially dramatic on black and other dark fabrics, where its reflective sparkle really comes alive.

🔥 Why Does Frost Fire Change Its Appearance?

Frost Fire allows the color beneath and around the rhinestone to influence what you see.

Because of that, you should never judge Frost Fire entirely by how it looks loose in its container—or even by how it looks on one particular shirt.

Move it to another fabric color and you may see a noticeably different effect.

That's part of the personality of Frost Fire and one of the reasons we recommend experimenting with it on different colors.

🎨 PERFECT for Sublimation Upgrades!

Frost Fire is especially fun over sublimated designs on polyester because your sublimated artwork can remain part of the finished visual effect while the rhinestones add sparkle over the top. 💎✨

Instead of choosing a different rhinestone color for every section of a multicolor sublimated design, Frost Fire allows the colors underneath to help influence what you see through the stones.

This can create beautiful effects over colorful lettering, gradients, team designs, graphics and other sublimated artwork.

Always test your specific polyester garment and pressing setup before production.

⚠️ A Note About Other Apparel Decorations

For apparel, we do not recommend applying hotfix rhinestones directly over HTV, DTF or screen-printed transfers.

Those decorations create a layer between the hotfix adhesive and the garment itself, which can prevent the rhinestone adhesive from properly bonding with the fabric and may cause stones to release during wear or washing.

For the strongest application, hotfix rhinestones need an appropriate surface where the adhesive can properly bond.

🔥 Frost Fire or Frost Ice?

Both Frost Fire and Frost Ice have a unique ability to interact visually with the color underneath them, but they are not the same rhinestone and they do not create the same finished effect.

If you're deciding between them, don't choose based only on how the loose stones look in their containers.

🔥 Hotfix Rhinestones

These rhinestones have a heat-activated adhesive backing and can be applied using a heat press or compatible single-stone heat tool.

Pressing Instructions

For best results:

1. Pre-press your item for 15 seconds.
2. Apply the hotfix rhinestones using a heat press with firm pressure for 12 seconds at 350°F.
3. Thicker fabrics may require additional pressing time. Always adjust time, temperature and pressure as needed for your specific fabric and equipment.

Washing Instructions

Wash in cold water only and lay flat to dry.

These rhinestones are made from low-lead glass crystal for beautiful clarity and shine.

Frost Fire has a distinctive appearance that can be influenced by the color of the material beneath and around the rhinestone.

Our stones are packaged based on volume. Rhinestone counts are defined approximations and are not guaranteed. Contents may settle during shipping.

Store your rhinestones in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight to help maintain their longevity.

Because Frost Fire interacts visually with the material beneath it, its finished appearance can vary significantly depending on fabric color, surrounding colors, lighting and viewing conditions.

A photograph showing Frost Fire on one background may not accurately represent how the same rhinestones will appear on another.

We strongly recommend considering the color of your finished project when selecting Frost Fire and, whenever possible, testing a few stones on your actual material before completing a large design.

We do our best to photograph and display our rhinestones accurately. However, differences in lighting and screen/device settings can also affect their appearance.

Slight variations may occur between production batches. If adding to stones you already own, we recommend purchasing enough for your entire project at one time for the closest possible match.
