🖤 Jet AB — the important distinction

Jet AB can appear very similar to Amethyst AB and Tanzanite AB because their strong AB reflections can dominate what you see at first glance. However, these are three different base colors beneath the reflective finish.

When comparing them, change the lighting and viewing angle and look through the AB reflection for the underlying stone color:

• Amethyst AB → Amethyst underneath
• Tanzanite AB → Tanzanite underneath
• Jet AB → Jet Black underneath, although the dark Jet base can be considerably harder to see

💡 Comparing Jet AB, Amethyst AB & Tanzanite AB?

These three colors can look surprisingly similar because their strong AB reflections can dominate the appearance of the rhinestone.

They're not the same color. Each begins with a different underlying base stone—Jet Black, Amethyst or Tanzanite.

When comparing them, change your lighting and viewing angle and look closely beneath the AB reflection. You'll begin to see the original base color underneath. Jet AB can be the trickiest of the three because its dark Jet Black base is harder to see through the reflective finish.

🔥 Hotfix Rhinestones

These rhinestones have a heat-activated adhesive backing and can be applied using a heat press or compatible single-stone heat tool.

For best results, pre-press your item for 15 seconds. Apply the hotfix rhinestones using a heat press with firm pressure for 12 seconds at 350°F. Thicker fabrics may require additional pressing time, so adjust time, temperature and pressure as needed for your specific fabric and equipment.

Wash in cold water only and lay flat to dry.
